Service 04
Kept in drydock.
A launched site isn't a finished site — it's a boat in the water that needs looking after. Our care plans keep yours fast, current, and watertight, with the same two people who built it.
The work doesn't stop at launch.
Most website problems don't announce themselves. A contact form quietly stops sending. An image breaks on the newest phones. Hours change and the old ones sit there for months. A page slows down as content piles up. None of it is dramatic — and all of it costs you customers who never tell you they left.
A care plan is how we keep that from happening. Think of it as drydock time: regular attention from the two people who know your site best, so small issues get caught and fixed before they become the reason someone bounced. We handle backups and monitoring in the background, and we handle your edits in the foreground — new hours, a fresh photo, a price change, a seasonal banner — usually within a day or two, by talking to an actual builder instead of a ticket queue.
There are two ways to sail with us. The maintenance plan keeps the ship watertight: backups, uptime and security monitoring, small edits, and fixes when something breaks. The growth retainer adds forward motion — new pages, ongoing SEO and GEO work, and honest reporting — for businesses that want to keep improving rather than just holding steady. Both are month to month. No lock-in, ever.
And to be clear: you don't need a plan to keep your site. It's yours regardless. A care plan just means you never have to think about the upkeep — we're already on it.

Do I need a care plan?
You don't have to have one — you own your site either way. A care plan just means the two people who built it keep it healthy, handle your edits, and catch problems before you do. Many clients start one after launch; some skip it and call us when they need something.
What's the difference between the maintenance and growth plans?
Maintenance (from $150/mo) keeps the ship watertight: backups, monitoring, small edits, and fixes. The growth retainer (from $400/mo) adds ongoing improvement — new pages, SEO work, and reporting — for businesses that want to keep pushing forward.
How fast do edits get done?
Small edits on a care plan are usually turned around within a business day or two. Bigger requests we'll scope and schedule with you. Either way you're talking directly to a builder, not a ticket queue.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time — care plans are month to month, not a lock-in. Your site is yours, and you keep it whether or not you stay on a plan.
